Will the tutorial be for SpeedTree/UDK?
The tutorial will cover lots of UDK goodness including how to create a tree from scratch. We're discussing adding a lesson on using SpeedTree as well. Is that something you'd like to see? We think it's important folks learn how to do things manually as well.

Yea sorry, that last comment was a bit misleading - the video covers full creation in 3ds Max and Photoshop then shows you how to setup stuff up to look great in UDK!

I can't give an ETA on it just yet. I can tell you it won't be part of the releases for Sept however.
